How can I filter survey responses?

You can easily drill down to view or export subsets of responses based on answers to questions and/or by collector.

To filter survey responses:

1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu, and then click the Surveys tab.
2. Click the name of the survey to select it.
3. Click the Filter tab.
4. Under the Question drop down menu, select a question from the survey.
5. Under the Match drop down menu, select a method to match results.
6. Under the Value drop down menu, enter or select the value to match on.
7. Optionally click the Add Filter text link to add an additional filter.
   By default, multiple filters will be matched using "And". Meaning that in order to display in the final results, the response must match EACH filter. You can select "Or" instead next to the Match Results heading in order to display results for responses that match ANY of the filters.
8. If needed, click the Remove text link to delete a filter.
9. Optionally click the Show text link next to the Advanced heading to choose specific collector(s) to filter results.
10. Click the Filter button to display results. Within the Filter tab, the Charts tab and Responses tab will now be updated to display only those responses that match the filter(s).
