How do I reset a user's password?

To reset a user's password:

  1. Click Admin in the upper right of your account.
  2. Go to the Users tab.
  3. Locate the user by entering a full or partial name or email address in the Search box.
  4. Click the down arrow for that user, and select Change Password.
  5. Enter and confirm the new password, and click the Change button.
  6. Inform the new user of his/her new password.
