How do I schedule a campaign so it only sends on business days?

You can setup a campaign schedule so it sends on business days only (Monday-Friday) and skips weekends (Saturday and Sunday):
  1. Under the Schedule Campaign section in the Preview and Send Step, click the "Show" text link next to Advanced.
  2. Tick the box "Repeat scheduled send".
  3. Tick the box "Skip weekends". This means that if the repeat schedule falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be automatically be rescheduled to the following Monday instead.
Note the "Skip weekends" option will only apply to repeat sends of the campaign. The first send of the campaign will be on the date you specified under the scheduling options (even if that was on a weekend.)
