Dynamic Groups

Dynamic groups are created based on the results from an advanced search.

After saving a search as a dynamic group, you can then add the dynamic group to campaigns. Each time you add a dynamic group to a campaign, the search is executed again so only the most current results are added to the campaign (and the dynamic group itself is also updated on the Groups tab).

To create a new dynamic group:

1. Run an Advanced Search to locate the contacts.
2. Click the Save as Dynamic Group button to add the results of the search to a new dynamic group.

To review the original advanced search:

1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
2. Click the Groups tab.
3. Click the Dynamic Groups sub-tab.
4. Click the drop down arrow at the far right of the row for the dynamic group, and select View Search Details. From there you can modify and/or re-run.
