Why was my campaign sent at a different time than what I requested when I submitted for approval?

When you submit a campaign for approval, you must select a time at least 10 minutes from the current time.

If your approver approves the campaign after the scheduled time that was submitted with the approval request, the campaign will be automatically scheduled on the next :30 or :00, whichever comes first.

For example, if the campaign was submitted for approval with a requested scheduled send of 1pm, but the campaign was not approved until 1:20pm, the campaign would then be scheduled to be sent at 1:30pm.

All of these details can also be found in the log of the campaign's history, which can be accessed by clicking the down arrow next to the campaign title, selecting More, and then clicking the History tab.
