How can I organize a long list of sent campaigns?

You can use a display filter or folders to aid in organizing a large number of sent campaigns.

To organize your list of sent campaigns using a display filter:

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
  2. In the Display drop down menu, select one of the available timeframes (e.g. last 6 months, last year, last 2 years), or in the field next to "After" enter your own date.
  3. Your display selection will be remembered until you change it again.

To organize your list of sent campaigns using folders:

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
  2. Click the >> icon in the upper left of the list to expose the folder list. Your selection will be remembered until you click the icon again.
  3. Click the "Add Folder" text link to add a folder. Use the down arrow for a folder to edit it or delete it.
  4. To move a sent campaign to a folder, click and drag the campaign's :: image to the desired folder.
