Links

Various types of links - or hyperlinks - can be added to your campaign content.

To insert a link to a specific URL or web address:
  1. Go to the Content step of an in progress campaign.
  2. Click into the editable area, and select the text or image you wish to link. (If no text or image is selected, the URL you enter in step #4 will be used as the link.)
  3. Click the Create Link icon in the editing toolbar, and the URL tab will be automatically selected.
  4. Enter the URL you wish to link to.
  5. By default, the link will open in a new window when clicked by recipients so that they will also have your original campaign open after visiting that link. Alternatively if desired, you can deselect the checkbox to open the link in a new window.
  6. Click the Create Link to URL button.
  7. Note: depending on your web browser, text links may be automatically created after you type a URL (e.g. http://www.google.com/) into an editable area.

Links can also be added to the following items:
  • Email Address or Email Addresses
  • Bookmarks
  • Pages - another page within the campaign, print friendly content, or the plain text version
  • Polls
  • Surveys
  • Social Networks
  • PDF (automatically generated PDF of the campaign)
  • Forward to a Friend
  • iCalendar (.ics) Files
  • vCard (.vcf) Files
