What is a custom login domain? How can I set one up?
The login domain is displayed in your web browser from every page of the CampaignBreeze application.
A custom login domain offers the ability to uniquely brand and market the CampaignBreeze application, rather than using the default system login domain (app.campaignbreeze.com).
A custom login domain can be a sub-domain (e.g. mail.abccompany.com) of any domain that you own. However your login domain cannot be the same as your CampaignBreeze sending domain (if you use one).
To setup a custom login domain:
- Select your desired sub-domain.
- The DNS records on the selected sub-domain will need to be configured to point to our servers. Ask your IT department, domain registrar or web hosting provider to setup the sub-domain with the appropriate DNS records using the sample request below (replacing the [italic] text with your own details).
After you have received confirmation that the DNS configuration process is complete, contact our Client Services team team so we can finalize the setup within our systems.

Can you please let me know when this is complete?
Thank you,
