How do I view the URLs that were clicked? Why are my links named something else?

By default the Links panel displays the title for the page that a link references.

To view the actual URL for the link rather than the page title, you can hover over the link; modify your settings to always display actual URLs; or manually rename links displayed in your reports.

To hover over a link to view the actual URL in the Links panel:

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
  2. Click the title of a campaign to view its detailed reporting.
  3. Go to the Interaction tab.
  4. In the Links panel (click the Links sub-tab if hidden), hover over a URL by using your mouse to roll the cursor over the URL title. The full URL will display.

To modify your settings to display the actual URL in the Links panel:

  1. Click Settings in the upper right of your account.
  2. Go to the My Settings tab.
  3. Click the "Email" text link, and scroll to the Other section.
  4. Click the "Link Titles" setting, and change the drop down menu to "Off".
  5. Click the Update button to save your changes. Now the full URL will display in the Links panel.

To manually rename links to display a different URL in the Links panel:

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
  2. Click the title of a campaign to view its detailed reporting.
  3. Go to the Interaction tab.
  4. In the Links panel (click the Links sub-tab if hidden), click the down arrow icon next to the link you wish to rename, and select Rename.
  5. Enter a title for the link, and click the Rename button.
