Why is a contact who opted out still receiving campaigns from our company?
Opt outs are unique to the individual sender. Some companies may also have office-level or company-level opt outs in place.
However if your company does not have those established, and/or if the contact only opted out from one individual sender, that means another sender at the company can still send to them. This is true whether or not the contact was directly stored in the other user's account, or even if the contact was part of a shared group.
If you want to inquire about office-level or company-level opt outs, contact your Administrator or Support.
