Can I setup my survey to run over SSL?

Yes. If you are deploying your survey on a webpage, the fastest and easiest way to have it run over SSL will be to slightly modify the start of the URL from "http://emailcb.com/..." (or your custom sending domain) to "https://secure.apisvr.com/...", keeping everything after.com the exact same.
