Profile Photos

A photo can be added to each sender profile. Based on the template designs developed by your company, this photo may also be automatically included in your campaigns.

To add a photo to a sender profile:

  1. Click the Manage Profiles button on the home page, or click the "Manage Profiles" text link from the Content step of an in progress campaign.
  2. Click the down arrow next to the profile you wish to edit, and select Edit.
  3. Click the Photo tab.
  4. Click the Select Photo text link.
  5. Browse to locate the photo you wish to use, and click Use.
  6. Click the Update or Update and Close button to save your changes.

To edit or remove a photo from a sender profile:

  1. Click the Manage Profiles button on the home page, or click the "Manage Profiles" text link from the Content step of an in progress campaign.
  2. Click the down arrow next to the profile you wish to edit, and select Edit.
  3. Click the Photo tab.
  4. Click the Select Photo text link to choose a new photo, and click Use.

    Click the Remove Photo text link to remove the photo from the sender profile.
  5. Click the Update or Update and Close button to save your changes.

While you are in the Content step of an in progress campaign, you may see the tag [sender_photo] if it has already been inserted in the template you are using. Or to display profile photos in a campaign or template, from the editing toolbar click Insert > Sender Details > Photo or Photo - Resized to automatically resize the photo. Then click the down arrow next to the campaign's name and select View to preview what the actual campaign will look like, or proceed to Preview and Send step to preview.

NOTE: Only images in web friendly formats such as JPG, GIF, and PNG will be able to be selected to ensure maximum compatibility for email and web viewing. If you are trying to insert a different file type (such as TIF or EPS), you will need to convert it to JPG format and upload that file to your Content Library to be selected for use as your profile photo.
