How do I give a user access to the template builder?

Warning! These steps only apply if your account is configured with specific permissions and you want to give only an individual user account access to the template builder when the user's client does not have access by default. Contact us for any assistance with configuration.

To grant an individual user access to the template builder functionality:

  1. Click the Admin link in the upper right of your account.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Search to locate the user, and click on the username.
  4. Click the Settings tab.
  5. Either enter "template builder" in the search box, or click "Email" section and scroll down to the Template Builder setting under the Templates section - and then click on the Template Builder setting name.
  6. Toggle the drop down menu to On.
  7. Click the Update button.
