Why was my campaign sent at a different time than what I scheduled?
If your campaign was sent as a part of a repeating schedule that was set to skip holidays and weekends, the first campaign scheduled will always be sent on the day selected, even if it is a holiday or weekend. Only the subsequent sends that are scheduled by the system will skip holidays and weekends.There have been rare instances of scheduling issues due to a campaign being scheduled across a daylight savings change (e.g. a user in Australia schedules a campaign to be sent at the time when daylight savings is changing in the US), and our technical team is looking into resolutions to avoid such issues in the future.
