How do I move a template to a different category (tab)?
Categories (or tabs) are used to organize templates especially when there are multiple users who need access to templates. By placing templates in categories, you are able to manage and control access to the templates once rather than maintaining sharing access individually.To change the categories in which a template is stored:
- Click Admin in the upper right of your account.
- Click the Templates tab.
- Locate the template by entering a full or partial name in the Search box and click Search.
- Click the down arrow next to the template, and select Categories. The categories the template is currently stored in will appear at the top of the list with a green checkmark.
- Make any necessary changes by following these steps:
- To remove a template from a category, click the green checkmark to deselect
- To add a template to a new category or multiple categories, enter the full or partial name of each new category in the Search box and click Search to filter the list, then click the checkbox to select each category
- Once all of the categories have been correctly deselected and selected, click the Save button to close the window.
- You will now see the updated categories listed in the Templates list under the Categories column.
