Can a contact be stored in more than one group?

Yes, a contact can be stored in multiple groups. If all of those groups are added to a campaign, the contact will only receive one email (they will not receive an email for each group they are included in).

To edit the groups a contact is stored in:

  1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
  2. Locate the contact, click the down arrow icon at the far right and select Edit.
  3. Go to the Groups tab. Select/deselect which group(s) the contact is stored in.
  4. Click the Update and Close button.
