How do I delete all of the bounced contacts from my account or from a certain group?

To delete all bounced contacts from your account:

1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
2. Go to the Advanced drop down menu, and select Composition.
3. Click the down arrow icon at the end of the "Bounced" row, and select Delete.

To delete all bounced contacts from a certain group:

1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
2. Click the Groups tab.
3. Locate the group by entering a full or partial name in the Search box.
4. Click the down arrow icon next to the group's name, and select Composition.
5. Click the down arrow icon at the end of the "Bounced" row, and select Delete.
