I'm having trouble importing my file or database.

If you are experiencing problems or issues when importing your database (XLS or CSV) file, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Open the file and resave as a new XLS or CSV file. Try importing that new file.
2. If that does not work, try deleting any extraneous, unnecessary or empty columns from your file. Keep only the data you absolutely need to have in the system, and try importing again.
3. If both of these steps do not solve the issue, copy (you can use Ctrl+A to select all) and paste the content into a new XLS or CSV file, and save. Try importing that new file.
