Why is the formatting of my campaign incorrect when I try to forward it?
Once a recipient clicks Forward, the campaign is taken out of our system.
Unfortunately, at that point we cannot control the formatting of the campaign as the email program doing the sending will take over.
Outlook is especially problematic and can often cause a number of unintended issues when forwarding, none of which we can control, detect or prevent. This includes manipulating content and how text, images and the layout will be displayed.
To avoid issues when forwarding, we would recommend adding all contacts as recipients and sending to them directly from the system.
If a campaign has already been sent, and you need to send to additional recipients, you can do so via Reports > Advanced drop down menu as outlined in the article below.
