How do I delete all the opted out contacts from my account or from a certain group?

You can rest assured that any contact classified as opted out will not receive any additional emails from your account.

However if you wish to remove all opt outs from your account, follow the steps below.

To delete all opt outs from your account:

1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
2. Go to the Advanced drop down menu, and select Composition.
3. Click the down arrow icon at the end of the "Opted out" row, and select Delete.

To delete all opt outs from a certain group:

1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
2. Click the Groups tab.
3. Locate the group by entering a full or partial name in the Search box.
4. Click the down arrow icon next to the group's name, and select Composition.
5. Click the down arrow icon at the end of the "Opted out" row, and select Delete.
