How do I get a list of contacts who are classified as bounced in my account, or a list of bounced contacts in a certain group?

To obtain a list of all contacts who are classified as bounced in your account:

1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
2. Go to the Advanced drop down menu, and select Composition.
3. Click the down arrow icon at the end of the "Bounced" row, and select Export as CSV or Export as XLS.

To obtain a list of bounced contacts in a certain group:

1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
2. Click the Groups tab.
3. Locate the group by entering a full or partial name in the Search box.
4. Click the down arrow icon next to the group's name, and select Composition.
5. Click the down arrow icon at the end of the "Bounced" row, and select Export as CSV or Export as XLS.
