I have accidentally deleted a number of contacts. Can they be restored?

Unfortunately we are unable to restore deleted contacts.

However if you have sent campaigns to those contacts in the past, you can retrieve their details from your Reports.

1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
2. Click a campaign title that was sent to the contacts to view its reports.
3. Click the Recipients tab, and then the Sent tab.
4. Go to the Print/Export drop down menu, and export as CSV or XLS. 
5. Import the file to re-load the contacts into your account.
