Can I include a poll link in HTML content I am creating outside the system?

You can create and use a URL for any individual poll answer that is setup as a part of a campaign creation process.

In order to obtain that URL, you will first need to create the poll in the Content step, even if you don't intend to keep the poll link in the campaign content in that particular form.

To generate a URL for a poll link to be used in your HTML content:

1. Go to the Content step of the in progress campaign.
2. Click into an editable area.
3. Click the Create Link icon in the editing toolbar, and click the Poll tab.
4. Enter the poll answer you wish to link to.
5. Optionally modify the heading and message that will appear in the confirmation window after a recipient clicks the link.
6. Click the Create Link to Poll button.
7. Click anywhere within the default poll text, right-click and select Link Properties. This will include the URL that can be copied and pasted to be used anywhere within your HTML content (even if that specifc poll text is deleted prior to inserting your own HTML content).

Note you will need to repeat steps #3-7 for as many different poll answers as you may need.
