Can I upload my campaign as a single image?

We advise against building campaigns with only a single image as the content for two main reasons.

The first reason is because they are more likely to get flagged as spam. The reason for this is because spam filters originally checked for keywords. Spammers realized this and started to build their spammy content into a single image with text and graphics. So then spam filters evolved to filter out single image emails as spam. This means your campaign could be dropped or blocked by those filters.

Secondly, if your campaign is able to reach the recipients' inbox, many recipients have images turned off by default either as a part of their email program or their own individual settings. This means they would not be able to view any part of the campaign.

As a general guideline, we always recommend all HTML emails include a balance of text and images (not a single image graphic containing text and images).
