How can I tell if a contact is opted out from just me or at a higher level in my company?
To confirm where a contact is opted out from:
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Under the Advanced drop down menu, select Composition.
- Click the down arrow icon at the end of the Opted out row, and select Export as CSV.
- Save the file to your computer, and after opening refer to column V for "Opted Out Level":
- User means the contact has opted out of just your account
- Group or Partner means the contact has opted out at a higher level of your company
