How can I tell if a contact is opted out from just me or at a higher level in my company?

To confirm where a contact is opted out from:

  1. Click the Contacts tab.
  2. Under the Advanced drop down menu, select Composition.
  3. Click the down arrow icon at the end of the Opted out row, and select Export as CSV.
  4. Save the file to your computer, and after opening refer to column V for "Opted Out Level":
    • User means the contact has opted out of just your account
    • Group or Partner means the contact has opted out at a higher level of your company
