Why does the text within brackets [likethis] not display in my campaign?

Any text within bracket symbols [suchasthis] is automatically removed by our mail processing engine as those symbols are used for other purposes in the campaign creation and sending process.

We would recommend avoiding using text within brackets and instead using an alternate punctuation symbol such as { } ( ) or < >.
