When is my resized image not appearing correctly?

When you select an image from the Content Library for use in an image area (as indicated by black watermark text such as "Click to select image"), your web browser may cache that image.

That means the image will be temporarily stored on your computer so that it will load faster. Generally this will not be a problem, but in some cases you may need to force your web browser to display the latest data rather than the cached (or stored) version.

For example, if you edit or resize an image from the Content Library that was previously selected to be used in your campaign, your web browser will continue to display the cached version â€“ even if you re-insert the image into that same image area. Your web browser may not display the correct, latest version of the image reflecting any changes you made because it will still display the cached version.

If you were to check the campaign in a different web browser (where the image had not been cached) or send a test and check the campaign in an inbox, the correct version of the image will appear.

To display the correct version of the image within your web browser, you can refresh the page to clear the cache and force your web browser to display the latest data. In most web browsers, this can quickly be done by clicking the F5 button.
