How can I restore deleted images or files?

Recently deleted files are stored under the Deleted Content section of the Content Library for one month.

First click the Content Library text link under the Manage section on the home page, or click the Insert/Edit Image icon in the editing toolbar while in the Content step of a campaign to access the Content Library.

Then click on the Deleted Content text link at the bottom left of the Content Library window.

To restore a single image or file:
  1. Click the down arrow next to the file and select Restore.
To restore multiple files at once:
  1. Check the box next to the files you wish to restore.
  2. Look at the top of the menu bar, and make sure the correct number displays in the "With selected files (--)" text.
  3. Click the Perform drop down menu, and select Restore.
To restore all the files:
  1. Check the box next to the Name text to select all the files.
  2. Look at the top of the menu bar, and make sure the correct number displays in the "With all files (--)" text.
  3. Click the Perform drop down menu, and select Restore.

Files are restored into their respective folders. If the folder has been deleted, the file will be restored into the Unsorted folder.

Files older than one month are automatically removed from Deleted Content section and cannot be restored.
