Edit Account Settings

There are several settings you can configure within your account. To modify a setting:

  1. Click Settings in the upper right of your screen.
  2. Under the My Settings tab, navigate to the section you wish to update (outlined below).
  3. Click the text link for the Setting you wish to update, and enter your change.
  4. Click the Update button.

General

  • Session timeout - the number of minutes your session can be idle before you are automatically logged out. Can range from 5 to 90 minutes.
  • Items displayed per page - the number of rows of data to be displayed in sections such as Contacts and Reports. Can range from 10 to 500 items.
  • Date format - to be used when importing contacts. Can be mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy.

Email

  • Plain text copy -  default text used for plain text versions of all campaigns.
  • Email preheader - default text inserted at the top of all campaigns (normally holds the link to the web version and safe sender instructions).
  • Email footer - default text inserted at the bottom of all campaigns.
  • Email test note - default text at the top of all test campaigns.
  • Replies route to profile - replies to campaigns are sent to the email address in the profile used to send the campaign.
  • Forward replies - replies to campaigns are forwarded to additional email address(es).

Editor

  • Web color palette - display standard web color palette.
  • Custom colors - allow custom colors to be entered in the editor.
  • Present colors - add one or more colors as options in the color palette.
  • Default fonts - display standard list of web-safe fonts.
  • Custom fonts - add one or more web-safe fonts as option in the drop-down menu within the editor.
