Whitelist / White List Instructions
Some Internet Service Providers or corporate email filters may block your email campaigns. Requesting to be whitelisted will enable your messages to be delivered. Whitelisting is a process that will often times require the involvement of your recipients' corporate IT department or email administrator.
Request that your recipients contact their IT department or email administrator and ask for the following details to be placed on the corporate safe sender and/or white list:
IP Addresses:
199.188.156.0/24
(199.188.156.1 through 199.188.156.254)
If the IT department or email administrator requires additional information for the specific IP addresses you are using to send campaigns, please contact our Client Services team to request those details.
