Upload Images and Files
The Content Library stores all of your images and files to be used in your campaigns and surveys.
Access it by clicking on the Content Library text link under the Manage section on the home page, or by clicking the Insert/Edit Image icon in the editing toolbar while in the Content step of a campaign.
Your content library includes the following tabs:
- Images and Files – add and edit your images and files
- Shared – access images and files shared by other users
- External – access external content, including property listing feeds (if enabled by your company)
Within the content library, you can store images, audio files, video files and documents of any size.
To upload, drag and drop file(s) from your computer into the box at the top of the content library, or click anywhere in the box to manually browse your computer and select file(s).
Click the "Preview" text link to preview the content in a separate browser window, or click the "Use" text link to insert it into your campaign.
After your content has been uploaded, you can insert images or files directly into your campaign content.
Deleting images and files will cause them to not appear correctly in campaigns and surveys.
Images and files that have been accidentally deleted can be restored within 30 days. Images and files that were deleted more than 30 days ago have been permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered.
