Sending Limits
Every account has a sending limit that represents the total number of emails that can be sent from the account in any 7-day period.

What are sending limits?
Sending limits are designed to help ensure all users are following permission-based email marketing practices and using genuine opt-in lists. Our support and deliverability teams are happy to work with users to adjust sending limits to allow them to continue sending to their opted in lists.
Warning Message
If you see a warning message at the top of the page about exceeding your sending limit, this means you are trying to send to more recipients than your current sending limit would allow.
To resolve the issue:
- Click the "Click here" text in the warning message.
- Complete the brief 5-question request form.
- If there is a specific number of emails you expect to send in a 7-day period and/or if you are taking over specific sending for another user, be sure to include those details in your response to item 5.
- Click the Send Request button.
- Our deliverability team will review your request and respond as soon as possible (usually within 1-4 business hours). If you are a new sender or if your contact database has grown significantly, you may also be asked to provide additional details about how the contacts in your list were compiled and/or verification that the contacts have opted in to receive email communications from you.
Request Increase
To request an increase to our sending limit:
- Click Settings in the upper right of your account.
- Click the My Sending Limit tab.
- Click the Request Sending Limit Increase button.
