How do I connect my Salesforce account? How can I pull contacts from Salesforce?

Using our free Salesforce add-on, from directly within our system you can connect to your Salesforce account and query the contacts stored in Salesforce so that they can be used in campaigns.

After the add-on has been enabled in your account, you will see a Salesforce tab in the Recipients step of a campaign.

Once you enter your Salesforce login details to connect to Salesforce, you will see the option to create new queries against your contacts (or leads) in Salesforce.

The queries you create are saved, so you will not need to create them each time. 

Then when selecting recipients for a campaign, all you will need to do is tick the queries you want to include as campaign recipients, and the system will fetch those contacts from Salesforce in real time and add them to your campaign.
