Purchasing a Subscription: For CampaignBreeze Users
Subscription Plans
There are two types of subscriptions available to Real Estate Office Edition accounts:
- Annual Plans include up to either 100,000 or 200,000 email credits (1 email recipient = 1 email credit) and are valid for 12 months or when all of the purchased credits have been used, whichever comes first.
- Monthly Plans are based on the number of usable contacts stored in your account and allow unlimited sending to those contacts.
Purchasing a Subscription
To renew or purchase a new subscription plan:
- Click Admin in the upper right of your account.
- Click the Subscription tab.
- Click the Update Subscription button to view the available choices.
- Click the heading name of the subscription type (e.g. Real Estate Edition Annual Plans or Real Estate Edition Monthly Plans) to view the purchase options available.
- Click the Purchase button once you have made your selection.
- You will be taken to the Stripe payment window to enter your credit card details.
- Enter your email address and credit card details, and click the Pay button to complete the purchase.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely via Stripe to ensure the privacy and security of your details and we do not directly access or store your credit card or bank details. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and more. Upon a successful payment, the subscription will be automatically applied to your account. Typically this process only takes a few moments.
Receipts/Invoices
After completing your purchase you will receive an email confirmation and receipt at the email address entered in the payment window. Invoices are also available from your CampaignBreeze account:
- Click Admin in the upper right of your account.
- Click the Subscription tab.
- Click the Invoices button to view a list of transactions.
- Click an invoice number in the left column to view the transaction details.
- You will be taken to a new window that you can print directly from your web browser using Ctrl+P or File > Print, or you can click the Download button in the upper right to save the invoice to your computer.
Subscription History
You can also view details about your subscription history:
- Click Admin in the upper right of your account.
- Click the Subscription tab.
- Click the Subscription History button.
Updating your credit card (for Real Estate Edition Monthly Plans)
To update your credit card:
- Click Admin in the upper right of your account.
- Click the Subscription tab.
- Click the Update Credit Card button.
- Enter your credit card details, and click the Update Credit Card button.
