How can I track my surveys in Google Analytics?
Our system has a setting that can be used to automatically track responses to all surveys from your account in Google Analytics.
As with all settings, it can be applied at a client, group or partner level for a company so that users do not need to individually set it up. Contact your Administrator for additional information or to request they turn on tracking for your company.
To enable Google Analytics tracking for all surveys:
- Locate the Fallback Tracking ID setting at the appropriate level (user, client, group or partner) via search or under the Surveys section.
- Click the Fallback Tracking ID setting name.
- Enter your tracking ID, and specify whether you are using the Universal Analytics or Google Analytics version.
