Can I redirect a link?

You can enter a new URL to redirect recipients to when they click the original link that had been included in a campaign.

To redirect a link in a sent campaign, follow these steps:

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
  2. Click a campaign title to access its reporting details.
  3. Go to the Interaction tab.
  4. In the Links panel, click the down arrow icon next to the link you wish to redirect, and select Redirect.
  5. Enter the new URL, and click the Redirect button.
