How can I resend a campaign?

You can resend a campaign that has already been sent to either individual recipient(s) or an entire set of recipients (e.g. Not Viewed, Bounced).

To resend to an individual recipient:

  1. Go to the Reports page for the campaign, and click the Recipients tab.
  2. Click the Sent sub-navigation item.
  3. Locate the recipient by entering a full or partial name or email address in the Search box.
  4. Click the down arrow for that recipient, and select Resend.
    That will resend the campaign to the 1 selected recipient.

To resend to a selected few recipients:

  1. Go to the Reports page for the campaign, and click the Recipients tab.
  2. Click the Sent sub-navigation item.
  3. Select multiple recipients, or locate a single recipient by entering a full or partial name or email address in the Search box. You can perform multiple searches, and/or page thru results. Click the checkbox next to each located recipient that you wish to resend the campaign to.
  4. To confirm your selection, note the text before the Perform drop down menu says "With selected (#) recipients". Then in the Perform drop down menu, select Resend.
    That will resend the campaign to the selected few recipients.

To resend to an entire set of recipients:

  1. Go to the Reports page for the campaign, and click the Recipients tab. You can alternatively click the Delivery tab if you wish to resend to bounced recipients.
  2. In the Recipients tab, click the Not Viewed sub-navigation item (or the Sent or Viewed sub-navigation item if you wish). In the Delivery tab, click the Bounces by Recipient sub-navigation item.
  3. To confirm your selection, note the text before the Perform drop down menu says "With selected (#) recipients". Then in the Perform drop down menu, select Resend.
    That will resend the campaign to the selected set of recipients.
Warning! We do not recommended resending the campaign within the first week after the initial distribution.
