Where do replies to test campaigns go?
By default, replies to test campaigns will be routed per your account and/or campaign settings for reply handling.
If you prefer, you can also enter an alternate email address to use specifically for the test campaign before sending the test. To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to the Preview and Send step of an in progress campaign.
- At the bottom of the page, under "Sending Options," click the Show text link to expose the Advanced settings available under the "Send a Test Campaign" option.
- Enter an email address for the replies to that test campaign to be routed to.
- Click the Send a Test Campaign button.
