How can I see which contacts are confirmed?

There are a number of ways to view which contacts are confirmed:

To view an individual contact's details:

  1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
  2. Locate the contact by entering a full or partial name or email address in the Search box.
  3. Click the down arrow icon next to the contact, and select Edit.
  4. Refer to the Confirmed line within the details shown in the upper right of the Name and Email tab. If the contact is classified as confirmed, it will display as Yes.

To view what percentage of contacts are confirmed:

  1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
  2. In the Advanced drop down menu, select Composition.
  3. Refer to the Confirmed table for the percentage of contacts confirmed and not confirmed.

To perform a search to locate all confirmed contacts:

  1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
  2. In the Advanced drop down menu, select Advanced Search.
  3. In the Field drop down menu, select Confirmed.
  4. In the Match drop down menu, select Yes.
  5. Click the Run Search button.
  6. You can then choose to view the contacts, add them to group(s), or create a dynamic group from the search.

To determine which contacts are confirmed in a CSV or XLS file:

  1. Click Contacts in the main navigation menu.
  2. In the Print/Export drop down menu, select CSV or XLS.
  3. Save the file to your computer, and then Open.
  4. Refer to the Confirmed column. If the contact is classified as confirmed, it will display as Yes.
