Delete Images and Files

Warning! Do not delete images or files used in any active campaigns or surveys.
Deleting images and files will cause them to not appear correctly in campaigns and surveys.
Images and files that have been accidentally deleted can be restored within 30 days. Images and files that were deleted more than 30 days ago have been permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered.



 To delete a single image or file:

  1. Click the down arrow next to the image or file name.
  2. Select Delete.

To delete several selected images or files at once:

  1. Check the box next to the items you wish to delete.
  2. Look at the top of the menu bar, and make sure the correct number displays in the "With selected files (--)" text.
  3. Click the Perform drop down menu, and select Delete.

To delete all the images and files in a single folder:

  1. Click on the folder's name.
  2. Look at the top of the menu bar, and make sure the correct number displays in the "With all files (--)" text.
  3. Click the Perform drop down menu, and select Delete.

To bulk delete images and files that are not stored in a folder:

  1. Click on the Unsorted folder.
  2. Look at the top of the menu bar, and make sure the correct number displays in the "With all files (--)" text.
  3. Click the Perform drop down menu, and select Delete.

To delete a single folder:

  1. Click the down arrow next to folder name.
  2. Select Delete.
NOTE: Note deleting the folder will not delete the images and files stored within the folder. It will move the images and folders to the Unsorted folder. Refer to the steps above to delete images.
