Can I reschedule an issue?

Once an issue has been published, the campaigns have been created and placed in the accounts of all users that had enabled the publication, and no changes can be made to the content of the campaigns.

To reschedule an issue:

  1. Click the Publications tab in the main navigation menu.
  2. Click the Publications Created By You tab.
  3. Click the name of the publication to select it.
  4. Click the Issues tab.
  5. Click the down arrow icon next to the name of the issue, and select Reschedule.
  6. Select the new date and time the issue will expire or will be sent (depending on the publication settings).
  7. Click the Reschedule button.
