Edit Contacts
Access an individual contact from the Contacts section or the Recipients step.
You can also do a Search to locate the contact by entering a full or partial name or email address in the Search box, or use Advanced Search under the Advanced drop down menu for more complex queries.
Once you have located the contact, click the down arrow to the right of their name to edit their details:
- Update the contact's name, email, address, phone, etc. details
- Change the contact's delivery format to send either HTML or plain text emails
- Add or remove the contact from specific group(s)
After making any changes, click the Update and Close button to save.
By using the down arrow, you can also:
- Copy - copy the contact's address details for use in setting up a new contact
- Campaign History - review the campaigns that have been sent to the contact as well as details on any bounces
- Stream - view a running list of all campaign related activity (e.g. view, click, opt out, etc.)
- Delete - delete the contact and their details
- Opt Out - unsubscribe the contact from any future campaigns
- Opt In (only displays if the contact has opted out) - learn how to opt the contact back in
- Reset Delivery Status (only displays if the contact has bounced) - reset the contact's delivery status so that campaigns can be sent to them again
