Edit Users Details

To edit the details associated with a user's account:
  1. Click Admin in the upper right of your account.
  2. Go to the Users tab.
  3. Locate the user by entering a full or partial name or email address in the Search box.
  4. Click the down arrow for that user, and select Edit.
  5. Make any needed changes to the name or email address, and click Update.
Available in some administrator accounts only. Your organization may also have other processes in place. If you are unsure, please contact us.
