Can I embed my survey in an email?

Unfortunately Outlook and many other email clients prohibit forms/questionnaires/etc. from being embedded within email content for security purposes.

So although you cannot embed a survey directly into an email due to those type of functionality restrictions in many email clients, you can deploy a survey using a link in your email content.

Alternatively if you only need to capture simple feedback, you may want to consider using a poll.
