How do I schedule a campaign to be sent later?

To schedule a campaign:

  1. Go to the Preview and Send step of the in progress campaign.
  2. Refer to the "Send Campaign Later" section in the lower middle.
  3. Click to select a Date and Time for the campaign to be sent.
  4. If you want the groups on the campaign to be automatically updated before sending, click the Show text link next to "Advanced" and tick the "Update groups upon sending" option.
  5. If you want the campaign to be sent multiple times, click the Show text link next to "Advanced" and tick the "Repeat scheduled send" option.
    • If you do not want the campaign to be sent on a Saturday or Sunday, tick the option "Skip weekends". Ticking this option means that if the repeat schedule falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be automatically rescheduled to the following Monday instead. Note the campaign will still be sent on whatever date and time was selected as a part of step 3 above, even if this option is ticked.
    • If you do not the campaign to be sent on a holiday, tick the option "Skip holidays". Click on the "Holidays" text link which will open the Scheduled Skip Holiday setting and let you specify the holiday dates. Note the campaign will still be sent on whatever date and time was selected as a part of step 3 above, even if this option is ticked.
    • If you want the schedule to stop on a specific date or after a number of sends, tick the option "Stop repeat sending". Select after how many sends the schedule stops or by date.
  6. Once you have finalized the schedule details, click the Send Campaign Later Button.
