How do I know if my campaign has been sent?
The send status of any campaign can be checked from within your account by clicking the down arrow next to the campaign's name, and selecting More.
Click the Sends tab to access the details, including the most up-to-date status.
You will see a column for "Recipients" as well as a column for "Awaiting Delivery". If there are any recipients listed in the "Awaiting Delivery" column, that means the messages have not yet left our servers (this could be due to some sort of rate limiting in place for that particular domain).
If all of the messages have left our servers (meaning there is a "0" in the Awaiting Delivery column), and you or other recipients still have not received the campaigns, then that would indicate an issue in reaching those mail servers. We would recommend making sure we are whitelisted as a sender at those domains and also checking any Junk or Spam filters/folders for where the messages would have routed to.
