Profiles

A profile is used to send each campaign. The default profile used for all new campaigns and can be changed. The primary profile is based on the information, including name and email address, used when your account was first created.

Select Profile

To change the profile used for an individual campaign:

  1. From Content step of an in progress campaign, click the drop down arrow next to the From Profile email address.
  2. Select a new profile from the list.

Edit Profile

To edit, delete or add profiles:

  1. From the Home page, click the "Profiles" text link in the Manage box.
    or
    From Content step of an in progress campaign, click the "Manage Profiles" text link next to the From Profile email address.
  2. To edit a profile, click the down arrow next to an existing profile and select Edit. Make any needed changes, and click the Update or Update and Close button.
  3. To delete a profile, click the down arrow next to an existing profile and select Delete.
  4. To add a new profile, click the Add Profile button. Enter the details, and click the Add or Add and Close button. 
  5. To use a profile in a campaign, click the down arrow next to an existing profile and select Use.

Change Default Profile

To view or change the default profile that will be used for all new campaigns:

  1. From the Home page, click the "Profiles" text link in the Manage box.
    or
    From Content step of an in progress campaign, click the "Manage Profiles" text link next to the From Profile email address.
  2. The default profile will be indicated with the "(Default Profile)" text immediately after it.
  3. To change the default profile, click the down arrow next to the profile you wish to make the default, and select Set as Default.
NOTE: Depending upon your company's settings, a physical address may be required to be entered before the profile can be saved and/or before a campaign can be sent using that profile. Some templates may also pre-populate with profile details, and custom profile fields may also appear. Contact your administrator or us for additional information.
